How do I book a consultation? We do not offer online booking. All appointments are arranged after your travel enquiry is reviewed by our clinical team.
Is there a consultation fee? No. Our service is completely free of charge. You only pay for private travel vaccinations or medications where these are required.
What should I bring to my appointment? Please bring your passport, travel itinerary, and any existing medical records or vaccination records.
Timing & Preparation
How long does a typical assessment take? Most consultations last between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your travel plans.
When should I start my vaccinations? It is recommended to start your vaccinations at least 6 to 8 weeks before your departure date.
Do I need to bring my own travel insurance? While we provide expert advice, we recommend you have comprehensive travel insurance covering your destination.
Vaccines & Medications
What vaccines are available? We offer both NHS-funded and private travel vaccinations. Eligible NHS vaccines are provided free of charge.
